Where is my order?

We send out an email when we have shipped your order so please check your inbox for when it was sent including your junk. Your order should arrive within 2-3 working days thereafter.

Delivery 

How quickly will I receive my order?

Your delivery will be shipped within 3 working days of placing your order. if you need it sooner please email hello@18ten.co.uk and we will see if an earlier delivery is possible. We ship our orders via 1st Class Royal Mail for you to receive your order within 2-3 days.

We can accommodate international orders but please contact us before placing your order.

Returns

if you have changed your mind you can return your purchase within 14 days of dispatch for a refund of your item. If your item was received damaged please email us images to hello@18ten.co.uk and one of our team will advise on the best solution.
